Jeanne Urich, Service Performance Insight Managing Director, provides strategic consulting, research and operational advice to improve and transform service and project-oriented organizations. She is a thought leader and recognized expert in Professional Services having spent over 30 years leading PS, Sales and Marketing organizations. She has been a corporate officer and SVP of PS, Alliances and Education for three publicly traded software companies, responsible for leading organizations from 50 to over 700 consultants.

Lori Ellsworth - General Manager, Professional Services Automation (PSA) Applications

Lori Ellsworth is the general manager of Professional Services Automation (PSA) at FinancialForce.com. In her role, she is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s PSA product strategy, vision and high-level roadmap. She also manages market-facing responsibilities including Go-To-Market plans, PSA sales enablement and the successful roll out of FinancialForce PSA applications to customers.
