Jeanne Urich - Managing Director, SPI

Jeanne Urich, Service Performance Insight Managing Director, provides strategic consulting, research and operational advice to improve and transform service and project-oriented organizations. She is a thought leader and recognized expert in Professional Services having spent over 30 years leading PS, Sales and Marketing organizations. She has been a corporate officer and SVP of PS, Alliances and Education for three publicly traded software companies, responsible for leading organizations from 50 to over 700 consultants. She has a BA in Math and Computer Science (Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa) from Vanderbilt University and completed Executive Management programs in Marketing and Finance at Stanford and Brown University.

Jay Krupp - Director of CRS Delivery, Newmarket

Jay joined Newmarket in January of 1995 and currently serves as the Director of CRS Delivery. In this role he is responsible for the curriculum development, online help content, user guides, level 2 global escalation support and implementation automation for the Amadeus CRS solution.

For the past 20 years his focus has been developing and delivering client facing services. His Newmarket career started as a Delphi installations Manager. He managed the training and consulting teams for many years before branching out to other areas of professional services. He worked closely with project management, data migrations, room diagramming services and systems engineering, delivering enterprise engagements for most of the major hotel and casino companies, and has been heavily involved in the evaluation, implementation, and configuration of various professional services automation solutions. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of New Hampshire, 1992.
